Victor Osimhen will undergo tests to assess his condition ahead of Napoli’s home clash against Serie A leaders AC Milan on Sunday, reports Completesports.com.
Osimhen injured his shoulder in Nigeria’s 2022 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sierra Leone last Friday at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City.
The injury is reportedly not serious and Sportitalia reports that the forward will be further assessed by the club ahead of this weekend’s game at the Stadio San Paolo.

Osimhen is expected to arrive Castel Volturno on Tuesday after spending two days with his family to relive the pain and organise his trip back to Italy.
The 21-year-old will play no part in the Super Eagles rematch against the Leone Stars on Tuesday at the Siaka Stevens Stadium, Freetown.
The Super Eagles were forced to 4-4 draw by same opponent at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City last Friday.
Osimhen has scored two goals in six league appearances for Napoli this season.
