Victor Osimhen is already targeting a win in Sunday’s 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying fixture against Lesotho following Wednesday’s hard-fought 2-1 home victory against the Squirrels of Benin Republic, Completesports.com reports.
Osimhen cancelled out Stephane Sessegnon’s second minute opener for the visitors, converting from the spot on the stroke of half time.
Samuel Kalu netted the winning goal for the Super Eagles from a brilliant solo effort in the 62nd minute.
Gernot Rohr’s charges will look to build on that win when they take on Lesotho in Maseru on Sunday.
And Osimhen is already looking forward to another successful outing against the Crocodiles.
“Team performance na 💯 percent ✅on to the next one💪🏽we move🙏🏽 ng_supereagles,” Osimhen tweeted.
