Victor Osimhen is determined to help Lille secure a spot in the UEFA Champions League next season, reports Completesports.com.
Christophe Galtier’s men currently sit in fourth position in the
French Ligue 1 table and are pushing hard to pick a slot in the highly lucrative competition.
Lille boosted their chances of picking one of the slots with a hard fought 1-0 away win against Nantes on Sunday with Benjamin Andre netting the decisive goal.

“For me, I think its is very important to get all three points because we have to keep our Champions League hopes alive,”’Osimhen told Ojbsports.
“Coming to Nantes to win is not an easy thing to do because they have a very good and organised team. We gave our all and the win is what is important.
Osimhen has scored 13 goals and bagged five goals in 26 league appearances for Les Dogues this season.
