Turkish Super Lig champions, Galatasaray have opened talks with Napoli to sign Victor Osimhen on loan.
The striker is currently an outcast at Napoli after failing to secure a move to either Al-Ahli or Chelsea on transfer deadline day.
The Partenopei have made it clear the Nigeria international will not be reintegrated back into squad.

A move to Galatasaray will now be an escape route for Osimhen, who is desperate to sort out his future.
The Turkish transfer window is open until September 13, so there is plenty of time to reach a full agreement.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Napoli would likely have to share a large part of his €10m per season salary.
An alternative would be for Galatasaray to cover the wages, but not pay anything for the loan fee.

@Chima, this is why humility pays. Had Osimhen not insulted Finidi, he will be in Manchester City or Barcelona by now. So it is Turkey left?
A public apology to Finidi will help him a lot @Monkey Post. Or else, Kaizer Chiefs of South Africa will soon table an offer.
What are you on about?
Someone is going to a prestigious club with a like Galatasaray with a massive fanbase and perennial representation in the European scene. You’re talking about Finidi? How does that correlate?
You do know, it is a season long loan and he is getting paid in full!
So Osimhen really loses nothing.
He is going to play matches. Stay fit. Score goals. And win a league title. Who knows he can even push Galatasaray to win the European League. Better yet, stay in Europe and keep his name on the news, then in the penultimate season, get bought by any of the bigger clubs. This is a win for Osimhen. Especially coming from a downcast situation.
I am really happy for him.
Hopefully, he gets to sign.
Better for him. Possibly his dream club could come knocking next season.
Hmm…
Reject a loan deal to Chelsea, to accept one to Galatasary.
Africans need to study Game Theory a lot now.
What’s so special about Chelsea? When last did they play in Europe. A top 8 finish is not even a certainty. I never even wanted him to sign for Chelsea in the first place.
Hahahaha….please help us ask him o. As if Chelsea stands any chance of winning even a clay pot for the next 3 seasons under their current clueless owners.
He should have gone to Chelsea to get paid peanuts and still get taxed heavily on the peanuts by the British govt…?
Anybody suggesting that should go and study Game theory and also read Sun Tzu’s “Art of War” too.
Chelsea wasn’t going to pay him his full salary. Infact, they lowered it.
Galatasaray is paying his full wages!
Besides,it is just a season loan.
What will you do if you were in his shoes and in this debacle?
Would you rather sit at home and train with Napoli’s reserves or take Gala’s saving hand, getting your full wages while keeping fit and playing, in European competition as well and hopefully winning titles infront of one of the most passionate fans in the world?!
What will you do?
Yeah. I guess as much.
Hahahahaha…..Mr Hush, I thought the greedy old fool that runs napoli was a brave man.
140m debt is choking the glutton to death already….LMAOoo..??
FFP na your mate…??!
Pls Dé Laurentis, Keep Osimhen till January ehn. When it’s January request for 150m this time around since you are that greedy….LMAOoo
As long as our boy still gets his 250k credited into his account every weekend, he can play in the Tanzanian league till 2026 for all we care.
Osimhen’s next career move will not be to any club where he will be paid a penny less.
Galatasaray are playing in the Europa league this season, actually they are perennially in Europe…unlike some other clubs that osimhen fired to europe after a sabbatical from European Competitions.
For a team that houses up to 50000 fans in their home games, wins a title (league or cup) almost every other season and plays regularly in European Competitions….it’s not a bad place to buy time till clubs can snap Osimhen up for free.
Like I said previously, Osimhen is in safe hands.
Some players labour their whole career to get paid 250k per week. To get paid that amount to train with U21s is more than a dream come true…LMAOoo.
Sorry Napoli, your loss once again…!!
I saw somewhere that Napoli will agree to the loan on the condition that he signs a contract extension. So, instead of his contract ending in 2026 they want to extend it to 2027. Hope he doesn’t agree. That president is a greedy bastard. He wants to milk Osimhen dry.
Lmao…do people watch Turkish league? Who on a earth watches Turkish league.. lmao… Turkish league is not even in top ten best league in the world..lol what am I even saying..lol. you will need torchlight to find them in top fifteen…lol..the Brazilian league even English championship is miles ahead of the Turkish league…lol.. it’s even a loan deal… lmao…
