Former Juventus striker Filippo Inzaghi believes Victor Osimhen is currently the best hitman in Serie A.
Osimhen has further enhanced his reputation this season following a series of superb displays for Napoli.
The Nigeria international has scored the highest number of goals (nine) in the Italian top-flight this season.
The Nigeria international has also registered 10 goals and recorded three assists in 14 appearances across all competitions for the Partenopei this season.

Despite the presence of top quality strikers like Dusan Vlahovic, Olivier Giroud and Romelu Lukaku, Inzaghi has picked the 23-year-old as the in Serie A.
“If we think of Napoli, Osimhen is a true center-forward”, Inzaghi was quoted by TuttoNapoli.
“He attacks deep, and keeps the ball, Osimhen is probably the best right now. beyond Benzema, who however is less of an area center forward and perhaps than Giroud.”
Osimhen was on target as Napoli defeated Premier League club, Crystal Palace 3-1 in a friendly on Sunday.

Obviously Osigoal is the beat striker in world football right now as the writer as pointed out. Unfortunately he and other talents like chukueze , Moffi , Ndidi , Iwobi could not display their talent at the world cup in Quarter due to poor football management and organization in the Country. My greatest fear is that these talents should not continue to be wasted on the alter of bribery and corruption which as now eaten deep into the fabric of the NFF and other sectors. Morocco has raised the bar so high that even qualifying for the world cup is not an achievements by any means right now. Likewise making it out of the group ..I have a strong and unwaivering conviction that Morroco will make it to the final and possible win the world cup . It is therefore, imperative for the NFF Officials and all Senators to shield their swords of self-centeredness , corruption, written notes , favoritism, bribery and the ilk and focus on discovery the talents that will deliver the world cup to black Africa come next 2 world cups. Granted Morroco have got top talents that have made the work of the coach easier but Nigeria have hidden talents better than Morroco scattered all over the world..400miillion population should have better players than 37million population according to the tenets of the probability theory. Meaning if Morroco which has become a reference point for African countries can produce the number onenkeeper in a top club like Sevilla then Nigeria can produce top keepers playing for RealMadriid, Liverpool , Mancity and the ilks..This is not happening at the moment because despite the top keepers that abound every where its the mediocre ones who are connected to a senator or NFF official that end up being call up. Unfortunately , Nature has program the world in such a way that top talents no dey ever get person and majority are from poor backgrounds . Meaning unless we sincerely and wholeheartedly go in search of them on we might Never have one. As for the Coach I think its better to go with your own to get to the top.I have learnt in this world cup that once the business get the quarter finals emotions flair up which can make a foreinger betray his team.I still remember in 1994 after Italy eliminated Nigeria news were making the rounds thhs Westerhof betrayed the Team and sold thhs match to Italy. I was too small then to comprehend what was been said but now I know that going the emotional involved at the knock out stage it very possible for that to happen. So what is the way forward..? we can send too Nigerian coaches on training and attachment to foreign clubs like Barcelona or Madrid to learn first hand the secrets of their success..People like Dangote and Otodola who normally splash moneying on the team for winning one or two games in major tournaments can take up the responsibility. Getting to the semis in the world cup is not a days job. its a process. Morroco must have been working on these model a fews years back. I watched their female team last time and realise that they have improved tremendously playing same brand of slick passing game as their male counnterpart..That means there is model being follow..As it stand now SE have no pattern ..There is so much catch work to be done by The NNf to remain relevant in world football and the tims start is now…my battery is low..let me charge my phone . see u soon
