Former Fiorentina defender Lorenzo Amoruso believes Victor Osimhen can still stay at Napoli beyond this summer.
Osimhen is leaning towards Napoli exit with the Partenopei keen to bring in Belgium international Romelu Lukaku as his replacement.
Napoli are however still struggling to find a suitor for the Nigerian with less than a week to the end of the summer transfer window.

Amoruso however said the former Serie A champions should convince their star striker to remain at the club.
“Osimhen would be an added value for Napoli , the problem is that he doesn’t play despite earning salary from Napoli,” Amoruso told Radio Kiss Kiss.
“When you are paid for me in July and August you have to play, you have to train and play. Honestly we are exaggerating in the attitudes of the players and the agents.
“Those contracts, which are signed by two people, are only valid for clubs. (Antonio) Conte? I don’t think it will lead to resignation.”
