Victor Osimhen could leave Napoli on a permanent transfer in January, according to RAI Sport.
According to the publication, the clause is not valid for clubs in Serie A.
Osimhen linked up with Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray on a season-long loan deal earlier this month.
The 25-year-old rejected a transfer to Saudi Arabia Professional Football League club Al Ahli, while a move to Premier League giants Chelsea didn’t materialise.

The striker reportedly extended his Napoli contract until June 2027 before leaving the club on a temporary transfer.
The Nigeria international was recently linked with a move to Serie A giants Juventus.
Osimhen scored two goals in Galatasaray’s 3-3 draw against Kasimpasa on Saturday.
The forward, the 2022-23 Serie A best scorer, netted 76 goals in 133 games with Napoli.
