Enyimba head coach Fatai Osho insists his side still have a chance of eliminating Egytian club Pyramids from the CAF Champions League despite their heavy defeat on Sunday, reports Completesports.com.
The Peoples Elephant lost 4-1 in the quarter-final first leg clash in Cairo.
The two-time African champions will need to score three unreplied goals in the reverse fixture to progress into the last four.

Despite the enormity of the task, Osho is adamant his side can still scale through.
“We have to let them (the players) know that it’s not over yet. We have to play and score and not concede; if we can do that we have a hope. A situation where we can score one or two goals, that brings hope and we have to work on their pysche,” he said after the game.
“We had our game plan and going into the game they stuck to it. We saw a lot of promises in the first half… The second half we lost it when we started noticing a lot of tiredness. They started playing out of shape and exposed exposed themselves a lot”
The second leg will take place on Sunday at the Enyimba International Stadium, Aba.

At the release of the quarter finals draw, I knew the Nigerian contingents at the CAF second tier competition, are already out.
Their shambolic displays away from home is typical of clubs in the NPFL.
They best result they would grind in Aba is a slim victory which would see them crash out of the tournament.
We need a holistic review and systemic overhaul of both the players and the coaching crew.
Enough of these insults year in and out!! I de vex, walls.
Enyimba go still collect for Aba…
??? Wallahi enyimba no try oo at all them really fall my hand.
As bad as that enyimba team, I see a player there, that has the potential and built to be a very very good defensive midfielder or quality centre defender. Victor Mboama is that player. He has it in him but needs the right coaching to unearth that innate ability and must be ready work hard to accomplish it. He definitely has that air of a top class defensive midfielder. I pray he realises this and do the needful. Professionalism is key.
