Nigeria defender Bright Osayi-Samuel says he is not interested in joining Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray.
Osayi-Samuel turned down the chance to sign a new contract with Galatasaray’s Istanbul rival Fenerbahce in the summer.
The 28-year-old has constantly been linked with a move to Galatasaray, who are reportedly keen to add to him to their squad.
The Nigerian has however declared he will never play for another club in Turkey.
“I don’t know where they come up with these figures. I have never asked for anything,” he was quoted by Fanatik.
“I will never betray Fenerbahçe, I will never play for another team in Turkey.”
The full-back joined Fenerbahce from Queens Park Rangers in January 2021.
