Bright Osayi-Samuel wss an unused substitute as Turkish Super Lig title contenders Fenerbahce defeated Bodrum 4-2 away on Friday.
Osayi-Samuel was in action for the Super Eagles in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe.
The win saw second-placed Fenerbahce, now on 65 points, cut Galatasaray lead at the top to six points.
Fenerbahce took the lead in the 5th minute through Milan Skriniar but George Puscas equalised for Bodrum on 31 minutes from the penalty spot.
In the 32nd minute Oguz Aydin restored Fenerbahce’s lead before Sebastian Szymanski added the third goal in the 36th minute.
On the stroke of half time Talisca made it 4-1 as he converted from the penalty spot while Fredy pulled a goal back for Bodrum with five minutes left.
