Paul Onuachu scored a brilliant solo goal, but it was not enough as Trabzonspor fell to a 3-2 defeat to Besiktas in the Turkish Cup final.
It was Onuachu’s second goal in four appearances in the Cup competition.
Also, the goal took his tally to 17 goals in 25 games in all competitions for Trabzonspor this season.
Onuachu opened the scoring in the 13th minute as he received a pass close to the touch line on the left, he dummied his marker by allowing the ball roll under him.
He then went on a solo run, got inside the box did a step over to beat a player who was trying to halt his run before slotting the ball past the keeper.

But in three minutes of first half stoppage time Besiktas equalised through Rachid Ghezzal from the penalty spot.
In the 54th minute Salih Ucan put Besiktas 2-1 ahead before Nicolas Pepe made it 2-2 on 89 minutes.
But in the 94th minute Al Musrati grabbed the winner for Besiktas.
In the 99th minute Besiktas had a player sent off but it was too little too late for Onuachu and his Trabzonspor teammates to draw level.
