With Semi Ajayi not entirely covering himself in glory against Lesotho where the poor timing of his jump gifted the hosts their first and only goal, Omeruo might yet spot an opening for to regain his starting position in the Super Eagles.
His immediate concern though is to recover from the recent injury set back to which I wish him speedy recovery.
Correction : **first and significant goal**. Lesotho did score a second goal.
