Maduka Okoye helped Sparta Rotterdam seal a first league win in two months, as they defeated Willem II 3-0 in the Dutch Eredivisie on Saturday, Completesports.com reports.
It was Okoye’s 12th league appearance for Sparta Rotterdam in the on going league campaign.
Prior to Saturday’s win, Sparta Rotterdam had gone seven consecutive league games without victory (four defeats, three draws).
They last tasted a win in the league back in September 12 when they beat Fortuna Sittard 3-1.

A brace from Bart Vriends and a solitary strike from Emanuel Emegha, secured the comfortable win for Sparta Rotterdam.
The win took Sparta out of the relegation zone to 15th on 10 points in the 18-team league table.
