Enyimba head Coach Finidi George has said the cheap goals his team gave away cost them the three points against Remo, in the opening game of the NPL playoffs on Saturday.
Enyimba were pegged back twice by Remo and had to settle for a 2-2 draw in the playoffs opener.

The Peoples Elephant were on the verge of securing the three points before Nduka Junior scored in stoppage time to help Remo earn a point from the game.
Adiele Eriugo had opened the scoring for Enyimba in the 60th minute before former Super Eagles forward Junior Lokosa equalised for Remo just few minutes after coming on.
Emeka Obioma then restored Enyimba’s lead from the penalty spot to make it 2-1.
In his post-match comments, Finidi praised Remo for their fighting spirit.
“It was an open game, we had a couple of chances we would have won it but they came fighting back and they got the equaliser.
“It’s just a matter of concentration because if you look at the goals we conceded I think they were cheap goals, we would have defended those goals better.
“But that’s football for you so we have to go back and see how we can psyche the players for the next game.“
We will see what the problem is, he had some heavy legs so we will see how we can get him ready for the next game as soon as possible
