Lobi Stars head coach, Mohammed Babaganaru has blamed
injuries and fatigue for his team’s poor showing at the Nigeria Premier League Super Six playoffs.
The Makurdi club finished second in Group B during the regular season but have failed to impress in the Super Six playoffs.
Lobi Stars suffered their second defeat of the competition against Remo Stars on Friday night.
Babaganaru side’s are winless in the competition with two draws and two defeats from four games.

The experienced tactician expressed disappointment with his team’s performance.
“We are not happy with our performance. A lot of things didn’t work in our favour. injuries, fatigue and others,”he said after the game.
“It’s just unfortunate that things have turned out this way for us.”
Lobi Stars will take on Sunshine Stars in their last game on Sunday.
