The hosts were awarded a penalty three minutes after the break after Traore Issif was upended inside the box.
Idris Mohammed Guda coolly slotted the ball past Nana Bonsu to equalise for the home team.
Rangers remain in 19th position in the NPFL table, while Wikki Tourists moved from third to second position, even if temporarily, pending the completion of other matchday-8 matches.
The NPFL 2019/2020 matchday-8 started of Friday, December 13 at the Agege Stadium Lagos where home side MFM mauled Akwa United 3-0.
Seven matchday-8 matches will be played on Sunday across different venues, while Nasarawa United versus Kano Pillars will hold on Thursday, December 26, 2019.
