Rangers captain Chukwudi Nwaodu has sounded it loud and clear that he and his team mates have resolved to make the club’s millions of fans and supporters all over the world proud by the time the 2023/2024 NPFL season gets to the finish line.
The former skipper of eastern neighbors, Heartland F.C in a chat after a training session, said that with the caliber of players that coach Fidelis Ilechukwu and management have attracted to the team for the season that will be kicking off this weekend, he was positive of a great season.

“No doubt, we had a lot of players join us for this season but under a quality coach like Fidelis Ilechukwu, blending has not been an issue and I strongly believe that we shall be big contenders for the league diadem which I believe will bring back the club’s pride to our numerous supporters,” stated the midfield maestro.
On the opening league encounter against Doma United slated for the Awka City Stadium on Saturday, September 30, 2023, Nwaodu said, “Doma United is a good side that play good football and we respect them for that but we are going into the game to play our brand of football and expect to come out with a win by the grace of God.”
