Ahmed Musa was on target as Kano Pillars and Heartland battled to a 2-2 draw in their Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) matchday 12 encounter on Sunday.
Suraju Lawal gave Heartland the lead six minutes after the break, while Rabiu Ali equalised for Pillars on 57 minutes.
Heartland regained the lead two minutes later through Lawal.
Musa levelled scores for the hosts for the second time in the game 15 minutes from time.
At the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos, Ikorodu City defeated Shooting Stars 2-1 in the South West derby.
Anthony Okachi put Shooting Stars ahead after 14 minutes.
Shola Adelani and Rivio Ayemnwere scored for Ikorodu City to extend their unbeaten streak to three games.
In the star match of the weekend, Remo Stars and Rivers United battled to a 0-0 draw in Ikenne.
Holders Rangers defeated Bendel Insurance 3-2 in a thrilling contest at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu.

Rangers led 2-0 in the first half courtesy of goals from Godwin Obaje and Frank Uwumiro.
Insurance fought back in the second half with Effimi Nsi and Anthony Nnamdi scoring for Monday Odigie’s side.
Uchenna Collins however netted the winning goal for the hosts five minutes from time.
In Umuahia, Abia Warriors and Enyimba played out a 1-1 draw in the oriental derby.
Clinton Jephta opened scoring for Enyimba after nine minutes, while Adejoh Ojonugwa equalised for the hosts in the 22nd minute.
