Kano Pillars midfielder, Rabiu Ali has exclusively told Completesports.com that the Sai Masu Gida side are aiming to replicate their away win feat against Rangers in Enugu when they take on Nasarawa Utd on Sunday in Lafia.
The 44-year-old, arguably the oldest player in the domestic league hinted that the Pyramid City side are well prepared, determined and motivated for the battle of Lafia on Sunday.
“We’ve the compliment of our full squad and the team is motivated to continue from where stopped at Enugu”, starts Ali when he spoke to Completesports.com on Friday.
Pillars have received their current season five game winning bonuses on Tuesday, hence the 2014 CHAN Eagles bronze medalist spoke with confidence on motivation.

“We’ve Abdullahi Shehu in the team against Nasarawa Utd. We also have Ahmed Musa and other players and we want to try to replicate what we did in Enugu against Rangers on Sunday in Lafia against Nasarawa Utd”, Ali enthused.
Pillars are sixth on the standings going into Sunday’s crunchy tie against Solid Minners, Nasarawa Utd who sit 13 on the standings with 9 points.
Ali has scored twice in the current campaign and has set a personal target of 20 goals this season.
