Rangers head coach Fidelis Ilechukwu says poor marksmanship was responsible for his team’s defeat to Niger Tornadoes.
Tornadoes stunned the defending champions 2-1 at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu on Saturday.
It was the Flying Antelopes second home loss of the campaign.

“We created a lot of chances but could not utilize them but one, while our opponent got two chances and made use of them,” Ilechukwu said after the game.
“I told my players before the start of the game that it was going to be a very difficult game which it turned out to be.
“Despite this loss, I call upon our supporters to stand beside this team that is the best team in the league as I assure all that at the end of the season, we shall be congratulated.”
Rangers will be away to El-kanemi Warriors in their next league game.
