Nigeria Nigeria National, NNL, club Sporting Lagos have signed eight new players ahead of the second stanza of the 2024/25 season.
The new players are; Babatunde Akomolede and Adedayo Aliu (defenders), as well as
Gavi Thompson, , Joseph Nanjul and Aondona Adeede (midfielders).
The club also signed three strikers; Saheed Abolade, Aliyu Baba and Akinola Damilola.

The modest club will host Rovers FC at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos on Sunday.
Sporting Lagos currently occupy fifth position on the Conference B table with 14 points from 10 games.
Shola Adegun’s side were relegated from the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, last season.
They will be pushing for a return to the NPFL at the end of the season.
