Nigeria National League, NNL, outfit ABS FC have announced the sacking of head coach, Sani Sardauna.
The Ilorin club took the decision following the team’s poor performance in the first stanza of the 2024/25 season.
ABS finished the first stanza in seventh position with 12 points from 10 games.
The club have also drafted in Taofeek Babatunde as interim head coach of the team.
Salaudeen Adeyinka will take up the role of assistant coach.
ABS have embarked on a one-week break following the conclusion of the first stanza.
The players and their officials are expected to resume on Monday, March 10, 2025.
