Former Napoli head coach, Luciano Spalletti, has given Michael Folorunsho is first call-to the Italy senior men’s national team.
Folorunsho, who plays for Hellas Verona on loan from Napoli, was called up alongside Torino’s Raoul Bellanova and Udinese’s Lorenzo Lucca.

Spalletti confirmed his 28-man Azzurri squad for the coming matches in the United States with Venezuela on March 21 and Ecuador on March 24.

Folorunsho has scored four goals and provided one assist in 26 league games for Hellas Verona this season.
The 26-year-old spent his youth years with Lazio amd played for their U-19 squad.
On 13 July 2019, he signed for Napoli on a permanent deal and was loaned out two days later to Serie C club Bari.
