Arthur Okonkwo was in goal as Wrexham thrashed Forest Green Rovers 6-0 to gain promotion to the English League One (third division) on Saturday with two round of fixtures left to play.
It was Okonkwo’s 34th appearance for Wrexham in League Two this season.
The 22-year-old joined Wrexham on loan from Arsenal in September 2023.
The six foot, six inches goalkeeper, who is yet to make an official first team appearance at Arsenal, is still eligible to play for Nigeria.
Meanwhile, Saturday’s huge win against Green Forest Rovers took Wrexham to second position on 82 points after 44 games in the 24-team league table.
Stockport County (on 86 points) who top the table had already sealed promotion to the English third-tier division.

Elliot Lee put Wrexham 1-0 ahead on 17 minutes while Paul Mullin doubled their lead just six minutes after the opening goal.
An own goal by Ryan Inniss on 33 minutes made it 3-0 before Mullin got his second to make it 4-0 on 44 minutes.
In the 63rd minute Ryan Barnett added Wrexham’s fifth on 63 minutes and with six minutes left Jack Marriott added the sixth goal.
