Nigerian forward Sani Suleiman is expected to join Slovakian club AS Trencin this week, reports Completesports.com.
Suleiman, according to reports will sign a two-year contract with the option of another year.
The youngster shone in the colours of Nigeria Premier Football League outfit, Akwa United last season.
The 17-year-old linked up with the Uyo club in the second half of the season and played a key role in their relegation survival.
Suleiman registered 11 goals and provided five assists in 15 league appearances for the Promise Keepers.
The young striker previously for Nigeria National League outfit, Wikki Tourists.
He was named NPFL Rookie of the Season at the prestigious League Bloggers Award last weekend.
The move to AS Trencin will see him follow in the footsteps of the likes of Moses Simon, Samuel Kalu and Hilary Gong, who have played for the club in the past.
