Dolberg, who was named Dutch Football Talent of the Year in 2016-17, becomes the latest player to move on from last season’s Champions League semi-finalists Ajax.
Reports across the Channel have suggested Nice have splashed 20m euros to bring the Scandinavian forward to the south of France.
Securing the services of the 21-year-old is a big statement for the Ligue 1 outfit who have recently been taken over by chemicals company INEOS.
Nice could look to make some more late moves in the summer market with their finances improved following the arrival of their new owners.
