A candidate must also have been involved in beach soccer activities in the last three years to be considered, while playing experience locally and internationally could prove to be an added advantage.

The NFF can hire foreign technical adviser for the super sand team also. That is the trend now.
Nff behaving like a man who is afraid of talking to a fine lady .. so they are begging people to help them speak to the lady because they knew the lady wil ask for money .. in this case if they have. Money they wil just pick to two coaches to come office at different times to have interview.
So the technical department is sleeping all this years , dey are are the one to pick out and recommend who has the best. Quality.
@Sportradio, I believe that the NFF prefer that coaches should apply for the job for the following reasons:
1. It gives them room to negotiate their own cut or kickback.
If they approach these coaches themselves (just as it is done in advanced countries), they won’t have the negotiating power. But when these coaches come begging for the job and compete with each other for the available position, the NFF will be able to offer it to the highest bidder.
2. It makes them feel powerful and in control.
3. The big wigs within the NFF all have their own candidates for the position. They put out the advert for applications so that their candidates can apply, and then the lobbying and internal wranglings begin.
4. They are too Lazy to go out in search of a good coach. Instead of putting in the effort, they prefer that these coaches come running to them.
