Newcastle United have maintained their interest in Tosin Adarabioyo as free agent but it is still not a done deal at this stage.
This is according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.
The Italian journalist said Adarabioyo is considering several options and the race remains open, with Newcastle among clubs keen.
As reported last week, Adarabioyo will leave Fulham as free agent at the end of the season as he’s already informed the club.
On 5 October 2020, with a year remaining on his contract, Adarabioyo ended his 18-year association with Manchester City when he joined Premier League rivals Fulham on a permanent deal.
The 26-year-old has made 20 appearances and has scored two goals for Fulham this season.
Despite featuring at youth level for England, Adarabioyo remains eligible to represent Nigeria.
