Wilfred Ndidi is poised to make his 23rd Premier League appearance this season for Leicester City when they visit Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Molineux Stadium on Saturday reports Completesports.com.
The Foxes who are eighth on the Premier League table with 31 points will be eager to bounce back from their 2-1 loss to 10-man Southampton last weekend with Wolves equally desperate to recover quickly from their 3-0 spanking at the hands of Manchester City.
Ndidi was on the score-sheet for the Foxes against Southampton while his fellow compatriot, Kelechi Iheanacho could only make the substitutes’ bench against the Saints.
The 22-year-old Ndidi has now played 72 EPL games scoring four goals to his name since making his debut in January, 2017.
And while Ndidi has so far featured in all 22 of Leicester’s EPL games this season, starting 21 of those, scoring twice and receiving four bookings, Iheanacho has played 86 Premier League matches overall since making his EPL bow in August, 2015.
