Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi has paid a courtesy visit to the camp of Nigeria’s U-17 football team, the Golden Eaglets.
The visit is intended to motivate the Golden Eaglets as they prepare for the U-17 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Algeria.
The aforementioned tournament will take place between April 29 and May 15.
Ndidi announced the visit on his Instagram handle and posted the video.
“Good to meet up with the under 17s national team and childhood coach. A very pivotal man in my football career. Always great to catch up 🇳🇬#bigwilf,” he wrote
Ndidi has made 47 appearances for the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Ndidi is currently with the Super Eagles as they will take on Guinea-Bissau in 2024 (AFCON) qualifying matches on Friday, March 24 at the Moshood Abiola Stadium and Monday, March 27 at the Estadio 24 de Setembro.
