Wilfred Ndidi is disappointed with Leicester City’s defeat to champions Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Monday night, reports Completesports.com.
The Foxes went down to a 1-0 defeat against Pep Guardiola’s men despite putting up a brave effort in the encounter.
The visitors kept City at bay until Vincent Kompany’s rocket from outside the area in the 64th minute gave Manchester City the maximum points in the game.
Ndidi’s international teammate, Iheanacho who came in as a substitute 10 minutes from time missed a great opportunity when he shot wide from a good position.
The win put Manchester City in firm control in the title race going into the final day of the campaign on Sunday.
A visibly disappointed Ndidi took to the social media to express his disappointment with the result of the game.
”A tough one, but we take the positives. To the next game,” Ndidi tweeted.
