Wilfred Ndidi has blamed Leicester City teamamtes, Jamie Vardy and Kasper Schmeichel for his ePremier League invitational Round of 16 defeat to Diogo Jota.
Ndidi was thrashed 8-2 by the Wolverhampton Wanderers star on Thursday.
The Nigeria international stated that Vardy and Schmeichel were responsible for unimpressive performance against Jota.
“Vardy and Schmeichel will never let me play FIFA on the coach,” Ndidi tweeted after the game.

Sheffield United’s Lys Mousset beat Norwich City’s Todd Cantwell 6-2, Bournemouth’s Philip Billing lost 4-2 to Brighton’s Neal Maupay, while Burnley’s Dwight McNeil silenced Arsenal’s Josh Franceschi 3-1 in the other games played on Thursday.
The winner of the competition will be announced on April 25, with the proceeds going to the #PlayersTogether campaign in support of the National Health Service – the agency at the forefront of fighting the coronavirus pandemic in the United Kingdom.
