According to Italian news outlet, Il Corriere dello Sport, Galatasaray’s proposal to sign the Nigerian on a permanent deal this month has been rejected by Napoli.
Osimhen is free to leave the Serie A club permanently for €75m this month and the Partenopei are not willing to lower the fee.
The forward reportedly rejected a move to Manchester United earlier this month.
He has so far scored 12 goals in 15 league appearances for Galatasaray this season.
