My First Galatasaray Goal Is Close– Osimhen

Victor Osimhen says he is close to scoring his maiden goal for Turkish Super Lig champions, Galatasaray.

Osimhen is yet to open his goal account since linking up with the Yellow and Reds from Napoli on a season- long loan deal.

The 25-year-old was close to hitting target in Galatasaray’s UEFA Europa League clash with PAOK but his header was diverted into the net by Ghana international Baba Rahman.

“Unfortunately, it was an own goal again. I feel it, my goal is very close. The most important thing is for Galatasaray to win,” he told the club’s official website.

” I would also like to thank the fans. We need to continue winning in the league and in Europe.”

Osimhen also said that he gets along well with his teammates in the same position.

“We have a very good relationship with Mauro Icardi. He is also a leader. Michy Batshuayi is a very good character,” he added.

” I am very happy to be at Galatasaray. We help each other as a team. If I am not there, they are there. We will continue to win as a team.”

Lmao Even the man in the midst of things knows how important goal is to a striker.there is no where in this conversation that he mentioned; am not scoring but am glad am giving assist which is the most important thing.. “you can see last week I gave a world class assist bla bla bla”. lmao

But some ITK(I too know.ending up not knowing anything and sounding foolish) fans prefers a modern day striker to be giving one one assist than to be banging goals… lmao…

    4 goal contributions in 3 games….N1.2bn in the bank…!!!

Osi-bobo continue to pour acid in their intestines ó jare.

Some illiterates cannot also read you saying “….UNFORTUNATELY, it was an own goal AGAIN….” in relation to once again assigning what was supposed to be your goal (the 2nd in 3 games) to another person.

They can continue to divert your GOAL-BOUND efforts into the net. As long as your name continues to appear on and around the goal credit, we will keep on raising our glasses for you.

The football world is watching and are already in awe of your prowess…and I can assure you, they are not full of blind and daft street urchings who want to dictate to you how, where and with whom you should spend your hard earned money…..LMAOoo.

All of a sudden they are suddenly intereted in Tolotolo Turkish league and tolotolo Europa Cup……LMAOoo

    Osimhen must apologize to finishi….LMAOoo

Osimhen must be banned from the national team….LMAOoo

    Osimhen is smoking indian hemp….LMAOoo

That is how they will continue to wail endlessly over you my boy. They shall all remain alive in their wretchedness to witness your prosperity.

Once again….4 goal contributions in 3 matches….N1.2bn in the bank.

Did I just hear someone say “…and more to come…”?!

Playing for a team with less quality from what you’re used to in some cases may not work for you..
Getting the services in a plate like you used to is one grey side of playing for a weaker team.
It may take time for some players to build telepathic language with their teammates, the reason it takes some big players time to start to hit the ground running, and I believe that’s the case for Osimhen.
Another factor from what I seen in the two Galatasaray games I watched was defenders crowding on Osimhen giving him zero room, which on the other hand opened up opportunities for his teammates to steal the headlines..
So looking at it from the positive side, his involvement in the team has helped to improve the strength of the team and his selflessness will command respect from his teammates,it shows he’s there not for personal reasons rather to enhance the quality of the team and we could all see the results..
