Former Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger is one of the best managers in the history of football, sacked Manchester United manager, José Mourinho, has sensationally declared.
That worthy compliment on Wenger came from an unlikely source in view of the fact that Mourinho was the author of the scathing adjective, ‘Specialist In Failure’, with which he maligned the Frenchman in the heat of their long-standing bust-up as Premier League coaches.
Mourinho was captured in video of Laureus World Sport Awards which held in Monaco France on Monday eulogising Wenger who received Lifetime Achievement Award during the ceremony.
“There were some episodes along the road, I can only speak by myself, I really enjoyed the competition,” Mourinho said of his relationship with Wenger during his time as Chelsea and Manchester United in the Premier League.
“But the real respect was always there. He made lots of history in that football club (Arsenal).

“The nickname is there, the ‘Invincibles.’ Amazing, a coaching philosophy, the almost perfect team.
“He is one of the best football managers in the history of football.”
Mourinho is looking to get new job soon and return stronger in a new environment. He watched Ligue 1 game, Lille vs Montpelier, on Sunday and and admitted fancying a job opportunity in France.

Hahaha! To call Wenger a “Specialist In Failure” was and remains simply unacceptable. Glad to see him swallow a big slice of humble pie with dignity. Wish him well in his job search.
