Roma manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly plotting a summer reunion with former Chelsea star Eden Hazard.
The Portuguese boss coached the Belgian international during his second spell at Stamford Bridge between 2013 and 2015.
Hazard has had a frustrating time with Real Madrid since he left the Blues in 2019 and has been hampered with several injuries.

Los Blancos are believed to be open to offers for the 30-year-old to help with their pursuit of either Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe or Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Braut Haaland.
According to Spanish news outlet Deportes Cuatro, Mourinho is monitoring Hazard’s situation and will consider making a swoop for his former Blues colleague.
The report also suggests that the Serie A side would favour a loan deal rather than a permanent switch due to their current financial predicament, however Real Madrid would prefer to receive a transfer fee.
Hazard has made just 43 appearances for Los Blancos since his debut in September 2019, scoring five goals and providing eight assists.
