Moses arrived in Istanbul on Wednesday and is expected to sign a sign a six-month loan deal until the end of the season after successfully passing a medical.
The 28-year-old has been restricted to five appearances for Chelsea this season, with his only start coming in The Blue’ 1-0 win over Liverpool in the Carabao Cup in September 2018.
The former Nigeria international arrived at Stamford Bridge from Wigan for £9m in 2012 and scored 18 goals in 128 games.

Lol.
_Match made in heaven, or Turkey_
Nice one. Though going through a shockingly unbelievable rough time in the league, Fenerbahce remain one of the big clubs in Turkish football.
For a club that has won the Turkish league like 19 times since 1959 and one that regularly makes the top 4 to be battling relegation this season is baffling indeed.
So, I guess they need a player Moses to help stir their season back on track to stave of a relegation that will be similar to Manchester United being relegated from the English Premier League..
Get the best playing time in the squad.
Work hard on breaking back into the Chelsea squad.
lets see what you have to offer the Turkish league, I know that you will be a success.
