Terem Moffi was in action for OGC Nice who edged Le Havre 1-0 in the French Ligue 1 on Friday night.
Moffi was in the starting line-up before he was replaced in the 60th minute.
Jeremie Boga’s 12th minute strike was enough to secure the three points for Nice.
Nice are currently in fifth place on 54 points after 32 games in the league table.
They are just four points adrift of third place which is automatic Champions League qualification spot
Meanwhile, Moffi has scored 11 goals, made two assists in 28 league appearances for his club this season.
The former Lorient striker was a member of the Super Eagles squad that finished runners-up at the AFCON 2023.
He featured in the semi-finals against South Africa and also against Côte d’Ivoire in the final.
