Former Bayern Munich defender, Sammy Kuffour, has rated Lionel Messi a better player way ahead of Cristiano Ronaldo.
Kuffour offered an interesting verdict on Ronaldo and Messi, said the Argentine captain is way ahead of the Portugal captain in terms of talent.
The Ghanaian legend, who subtly picked Messi over Ronaldo, also highlighted the strengths of each of the Ballon d’Or winners.
Speaking in an interview with Dan Kwaku Yeboah TV (via Ghana Web), Kuffour said: “For me, there have not been players like them in the same era and they pushed each other very well.

“You could see that Messi is way ahead of Ronaldo in terms of talent, but Ronaldo has used hard work to catch up.”
Ronaldo and Messi are arguably among the top five greatest players in football history.
The duo have won 12 Ballon d’Or awards between themselves in the past 15 years.
