Fantastic stats for an attacking midfielder!
I have a good feeling about this dude,I hope he stars against Mozambique,Saudi Arabia friendly could be to soon for him as the gaffer has barely three days to name a squad for the game,so our regular starters should feature prominently in that game.
Mukairu is playing in english division 3 how is that better than playing in the turkish league?
Is this Fisayo better than Paul Mukairu? Mukairu is playing in England which is better than Turkey. Even Kelechi Nwakali plays far better than this Fisayo.
He is an upgrade to what aribo can give..
I vividly remember aribo’s first game against Ukraine and that of Brazil how we scored those amazing goals but his growth has been stagnated ever since then..
With such stats as that above , I expect him to force his way into the team list for the upcoming Afcon. Welcome basiru.. hoping your brother joins the team in the future.
Sometimes I read some people’s comment via this platform and I just Smiled and move on. @Abo pls tell us how do you rate players performance? For me players performance is being rated by their individual statistical data available at a particular point in time.
Kelechi Nwakali’s main position on the field of play is central Midfield while Fisayo is purely an attacking-midfielder and by their statistical verifiable data this ongoing season alone Fisayo has scored 4 and 2assists while Nwakali has only gotten 1assist with his new club CD Chaves in Portugal. Kelechi Nwakali has played more matches than Fisayo. Tell me, what is your bases of comparison?
If you are really up-to-date like you are sounding you would compared Nwakali with Aribo as they both central Midfielders.
For comparing Fisayo Dele-bashiru with Paul mukairu, you goofed because Paul is presently playing with league one club Reading and you are comparing league club in England to a Turkish top-flight league? Did you know that Galatasaray from the same league Fisayo plays in came down to England last night and defeated MAN U in their own backyard?
That aside, if you really know football very well which you don’t know, Paul mukairu has always being a winger and has never played in this same MAIN position like Fisayo so what are your bases for comparison here again? And even trying to tell us that Paul mukairu is better than Fisayo.
Also, people should always make research on their own before coming to a public space to give fake identity…
Olawatomiwa Dele-bashiru is the immediate elder brother to Oluwafisayo Dele-bashiru. Tom Dele-bashiru is the one playing for Watford while Fisayo Dele-bashiru the one being invited is presently playing for Hatayspor in Turkish top-flight league.
I be first shock at the “rampart” aliases claims above but I say make I chill. Uwése kakabo
This fisayo addition just dey make belle sweet me, i have truly disect the guys game. at list nigeria now have a yaya toure in our team, the guy is so powerfull and tecknical he is an upgrade of tochukwu Nnandi, strong powerfull baller, he will be a confirm starter for the eagles, afcon Gold all the way to abuja. Here is the messaih we have long waited for, reminds me of onazi late addition to 2013 afcon. With what i see in this guy, aribo will not make afcon 2024.
Guys are you guys feeling the similarity in the riddim of these numbers 1994 and 2024, it can never be this similar in the nest millenium, this is our time.
@Collins id hmm Yaya Toure ke. Omo wettin dey Worry some Nigerians sef, Yaya toure Ko Xabi alonso ni. Can’t you guys wait for the guy to debut first.
na So una bin dey call Ahmed Musa Cristiano Ronalo equivilent for Nigeria in the past to justify his constant criminal invite by NFF and General Jalopene Rohr. Lolz nawa ooooooooooo
SO ALHASSAN YUSUF INVITATION DONE ENTER VOICE MAIL.SUCH A PROMISING TALENT BEING SIDELINED. I GUESS THE COACH DOESNT WANT TO INVITE TWO SIMILAR PLAYERS FROM THE SAME LEAGUE. HE ALREADY HAS RAPHAEL ONYEDIKA IN THE TEAM, I GUESS HE FEELS THERE IS NO NEED FOR ALHASSAN ANYMORE.
@Sportsfan Raphael is more talented than Alhasan, proof he is a starting player and plays more regularly since they both Joined Belguim even in his days in Denmark plus, Club Brugge (Raphael’s team) has more pedigree than Royal Antwerp (Alhasan’s team)
@Ugo Iwunze: I have noticed that you most at times dance to the side of my eastern guys when it comes to super Eagles players’ invitations.
You Posited that Onyedika is better than Yusuf just because he is playing more now than Yusuf, also because Onyedika’s club (Brugge) is bigger than Yusuf (Royal Antwerp) and you were also trying to say the both players came to Belgium at the same year. You goofed!
Alhassan Yusuf has always been a fantastic Midfielder all these years from his formative years in Kano. He Left IFK Gothenburg to Royal Antwerp in 2021 and immediately became a force to reckon with in the team. Yusuf along with Nainggolan were both playing week-in-week-out in his team midfield set up. Up till last season Alhassan was doing very well with the team so much that he even won Aug. POTM in the whole Belgium. Onyedika came last season and he went straight to Brugge’s line up as he was actually bought to replace a Midfielder who left during the summer. Around October last year when was he was on
the top of his game, he cope a terrible knee-injury and his importance was so much felt that the coach of Royal Antwerp (Van bronkhorst) had to loan-in A young Belgian-afican guy called Mandela Keita. While Yusuf returned to the team his position was already taken up by Keita. During the summer the club permanent Keita’s loan contract and till now the coach still favour Keita more in the starting line up ahead of Yusuf. Club brugge is a bigger club compared to Alhassan’s Royal Antwerp but who won the league last season? Who amongst them is presently playing In the UCL today?
I have always said it that it is always good to make research before coming to the public to make comment because no matter your level of knowledge you still meet people who know more than you do.
Peseiro first invitation for Super Eagles’ matches against Mexico and Ecuador, Alhassan Yusuf was named amongst the invited players in the midfield. For me, I have always been looking forward to the combo of Alhassan and Onyedika in the super eagles midfield but the fact that Onyedika is being invited more ahead of him these days doesn’t really justified he is better than Yusuf. It is just purely based on form and not really due to their individual qualities! Yusuf is a class on his own just like Onyedika.
Stop analysing football with sentiment, favor, religion and tribe. That act of yours won’t take us anywhere rather backwardness!
@Abdul Handsy All this Long story just because I stated the obvious. Raphael Onyedika is the better player. Trust. Just Like you all on this forum ganged up on me when I kept on Declaring that Wilfred “The Rock Double Engine” Ndidi is the rightful Captain of this team. You no one hear word oya nah, Let us see.
This has nothing to do with Tribalism I am just being honest bro. Period!.
Mr Ugo I’m Igbo and I must agree with Mr Abdul.. I have been reading his write up lately and I must confess he is a detailed Nigerian football lover..
How do you justify that an onyedika is better than Yusuf when we have not seen Yusuf play for the super eagles.. the few games onyedika have played does he look like someone that can send ndidi and onyeka to the bench…. Onyedika is still young and can improve and looks like someone for the future but we should not look down on others who are yet to get their time with the super eagles..
We have yet to see Yusuf Play in Super Eagles because Onyedika is better and is getting called up, new coach came in and saw that just like Club form is proving it plus Onyedika is younger too the Justification is there as clear as Daylight @Ololo
