Reports in Turkey claim Besiktas midfielder Gary Medel is closing in on a move to West Ham United this summer.
The 31-year-old was linked with a switch to the London Stadium to join up with fellow Chilean Manuel Pellegrini during the January transfer window but remained in Istanbul.
However, it is being claimed that he will depart Turkey at the end of the campaign and sees the East End of London as his next destination.
Turkish outlet Super Haber are suggesting the former Cardiff City schemer has already agreed personal terms with the Hammers and will hope to join on a free transfer after terminating his three-year contract one year early.

It has been stated in the Turkish media that the Super Lig side have withheld salary payments to the tough-tackling star who enjoyed three years with Inter and is reportedly also wanted by Serie A side Parma.
Whether he can wrangle free of Besiktas only time will tell, but the Kara Kartallar are known to be struggling financially and may demand a fee for Medel.
