Marseille are reportedly looking to secure the signature of Boca Juniors striker Dario Benedetto. The Ligue 1 outfit are in the market for a new striker with Mario Balotelli departing the Stade Velodrome following his brief sixth-month stay in the south of France.
Head coach Andres Villas-Boas has been linked with several possible forwards, but it seems he has set his sights on securing the signature of 29-year-old Benedetto.
The Argentina international is under contract with Boca Junior until 2021 and had a release clause of 21 million euros, but reports are suggesting Marseille will try and conclude a deal for 15m euros.
