Malacia’s loan contract with the Eredivisie side also includes an option to buy at the end of the temporary stint.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano claimed the Dutch side will have to pay €10 million in the summer to make it permanent.
“Tyrell Malacia leaves Man United to join PSV Eindhoven, here we go! Loan move with salary covered until June and buy option clause included, told it’s worth €10m.
“Understand Man United will also have 30% sell-on clause as part of the deal,” the Italian wrote.
