Manchester City thrashed Brighton and Hove Albion 4-0 at the AMEX, in Thursday’s Premier League game.
Thanks to the dominant win, City go second on 76 points, just one point behind leaders Arsenal with a game in hand.
A brace from Phil Foden and a goal each from Kevin De Bruyne and Julian Alvarez, secured the win
De Bruyne gave City the lead in the 17th minute while Foden added the second goal on 26 minutes.
In the 34th minute Foden got his second goal to put his side 3-0 ahead before Alvarez got the fourth goal on 62 minutes.
Uo next for City is a trip to Nottingham Forest who are winless in their last three games.
