James Maddison has heaped plaudits on his Leicester City teammate Wilfred Ndidi after the Nigeria midfielder churned out another impressive showing in The Foxes’ 2-0 win against Arsenal at the King Power Stadium on Saturday, reports Completesports.com.
Ndidi was one of the top performers against the Gunners, marshalling the midfield along with Maddison and Youri Tielemans with dexterity.
The former Genk of Belgium midfielder came close to breaking the deadlock in the 48th minute but his shot from the inside the box hit the woodwork.

He had a hand in the second goal scored by the Foxes, winning the ball in midfield before teeing up Tielemans who later set up Maddison for the goal.
Leicester moved to second position in the table following the win, five points behind leaders Liverpool
Maddison says Ndidi deserves more credit for the efforts he is putting in on the pitch.
“Having Wilfred Ndidi is like having two players. He does not get the credit he deserves,” Maddison stated after the game.
The game was Ndidi’s 99th league appearance for the Brendan Rodgers’ men.
He has scored two goals in 11 Premier League games for Leicester City this season.
