Ademola Lookman has re-emerged as a potential summer transfer target for Juventus.

The 27-year-old who is currently out with a knee injury, has scored 14 goals with six assists in 26 matches across all competitions.
Since his absence, Atalanta have only managed one win in their last five fixtures, suffering two defeats and recording two draws.
