Ademola Lookman has expressed his delight after Leicester City ended their winless run in the Premier League with a 2-0 win at Burnley on Tuesday.
Prior to Tuesday’s game Leicester had failed to win their last five Premier League games(three defeats and two draws).
Their last win was on 28 December, 2021, when they beat Liverpool 1-0 courtesy Lookman’s goal.
Lookman came off the bench to help Brendan Rodgers’ side secure the win while Wilfred Ndidi was also in action.
However, Kelechi iheanacho was an unused substitute against Sean Dyche’s men.
After a hard fought contest Leicester eventually broke the deadlock on 82 minutes thanks to James Maddison before Jamie Vardy scored in the 90th.
And reacting to the win, Lookman wrote on his Twitter:”+3 points. We move. Thank you for the support you Foxes.”
