Former Crystal Palace star Clinton Morrison has described Liverpool as the best team in the world.
He made this known following the Reds’ impressive display in the Champions League, where they have won all seven games played so far.
Speaking with TribalFootball, Morrison stated that Arne Slot has done a fantastic job since the departure of Jurgen Klopp.

“I think there’s been a breath of fresh air. They’re so strong. Even when they’ve qualified, he’s still playing a strong XI
“He’s taking the Champions League so seriously and he’s relentless at the moment.
“You’re thinking the other night [in the 2-1] against LOSC Lille, would he perhaps rest people like [Mohamed] Salah? No.
“And then Salah scores a fantastic goal. Liverpool have been outstanding and I think they’re the best team in the world right now.”
