Super Eagles winger Moses Simon was on target as Nantes defeated Montpellier 3-1 in Saturday’s Ligue 1 game.
The Nigerian international, who was making his second appearance, has netted one goal for Nantes this ongoing season.

Matthis Abline scored the opening goal for Nantes in the 24th minute before Akor Adams leveled parity for the host in the 30th minute, to the delight of the home supporters.
However, Simon extended Nantes lead to 2-1 before the end of the first half via a penalty kick.
Mostafa Mohamed took the game beyond the reach of Montpellier when he netted in the 85th minute to silence the home crowd.
