Terem Moffi scored two goals as Nice defeated Lens 3-1 away in the French Ligue 1 on Saturday.
The win took Nice up to fourth place (Champions League qualification spot) on 43 points in the league table.
Prior to Saturday’s game, Nice had lost five and drawn one of their last six games.
Moffi now has nine goals in 22 appearances in the French topflight.

Also, the 24-year has scored three goals in his last four games in all competitions for his side.
Moffi opened the scoring for Nice in the 11th minute and made it 3-1 in the 67th minute.
The AFCON 2023 silver medal winner was not invited for the Super Eagles’ double header friendly games against Ghana and Mali this month.

I don’t know why Moffi is not invited for the friendlies against Ghana and Uganda. He is a far better striker and knows where the goal is, than the likes of Awoniyi and Umar Sadik. He will complement Osimhen as a support striker better than ineffectual Awoniyi and others in the squad.
